Royal Office Solutions is a full service provider of hardware and software solutions. Our hardware products include multi-functional copiers, printers, facsimile, production and wide-format printing. We are an authorized Konica Minolta and Muratec dealership.
We also specialize in business process automation. Utilizing the latest software technologies, we are able to optimize your processes that result in greater efficacy and lower operational expense.
When was ROYAL OS established?
We launched in the latter part 2017 and will have revenues in excess of $5,000,000. Our revenue projection for 2019 is estimated to be $9,000,000.
Does ROYAL OS offer service guarantees?
We guarantee 4 hour on site support (average is 2hrs) with a call back inside of an hour. We do not charge for overages and our contracts NEVER escalate. Moreover, if we can’t fix it, we will replace it!
What about consolidated invoicing?
One agreement for all units (MFP and printer) inclusive of service, supplies toner broken down by location, new equipment can be added at any time. Volume driven to avoid nasty overage surprises. Experience has shown us that no surprises always works best!
